How It Works: From First Lead to Closing

1. A homeowner enters the redemption period after a sheriff's sale, and the property is added to the database.
2. You receive the opportunity for your zip code and make first contact using the training and scripts provided.
3. You list and sell the property within the redemption window.
4. The homeowner has the chance to recover equity, and you earn a commission at closing.
