Default has occurred in the conditions of a Mortgage (“Mortgage”) made by Benjamin Earl Hyde, a single man, of 2926 Nichols Road, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49004, Mortgagor, to Lake Michigan Credit Union, a state-chartered credit union, having its principal office at 5519 Glenwood Hills Parkway SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49512 (“Mortgagee”), which Mortgage was dated June 7, 2022, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Kalamazoo County, Michigan on June 14, 2022 at Instrument Number 2022-019977. By reason of this default, the Mortgagee hereby declares the entire unpaid amount of said Mortgage due and payable immediately. As of the date of this Notice there is claimed to be due on this Mortgage the sum of Twenty-eight Thousand Six Hundred Five and 02/100 Dollars ($28,605.02). No suit or proceeding at law has been instituted to recover the debt secured by this Mortgage or any part thereof.
